Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
It will take between 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to generate.
Please double check the ship-to address before submitting the order. If the address is incomplete or wrong and the package is not deliverable, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping but check back very soon as this is something we are working on adding.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not accept returns but can offer an exchange or store credit. You will have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us to initiate the exchange. Once the 14 days has passed, unfortunately we can no longer accept an item back.
To request an exchange, please contact us at: info@rylynco.com and include:
- Your full name
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Reason for the exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and still contain the original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. When sending back, make sure you include a note with the name and order number associated with the order. We are not responsible for any lost or untraceable shipments and highly recommend using a delivery service that provides tracking and/or insurance.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if you receive an item that is damaged or you receive something other than what you ordered. An email should be sent to info@rylynco.com that includes your name, order number and a picture of the damaged item. If approved, a replacement will be sent to you or store credit will be issued, if that item is no longer available.
